MJ Griffin at AAU Indoor 2010

MJ Griffin competed in the 2010 AAU Northern Indoor Championship last weekend in Bloomington and won the 55m and 200m for the third straight year. He did it as a primary, sub-bantam and now as a bantam. He has also won the long jump two out of three years. Watch MJ's video.
